Your host, Bill began making wine in small quantities in his homeland of Southern Germany.

In recent years, Bill's passion developed into a commercial enterprise. His arrival in Niagara is fitting to the area, renowned for its award winning wineries and vineyards. All of our grapes are of the best quality grown in the Niagara region.

In the early years, Bill purchased from other local growers, but with the purchase of property at Neuburg B&B, Bill and Terry will soon be managing several acres of their own vineyards.

Our guests are invited to visit our winery's work in progress during the stay in Niagara Falls.
